Growing and Plant Care

We have an extensive range of composts many of which are on multi-buy offers ensuring you not only great choice but great value. As many of these bags are quite heavy we will gladly assist in loading these into your vehicle if required.

In our propagation department we have, seed composts, seed trays, seed tray inserts in several sizes, peat pots, heated propagators, vermiculite, perlite, soil thermometers, labels and all the sundries you will ever need.
When your plants are getting a little bigger but are still in need of some protection we have cold frames, cloches and multi tiered grow houses in store at great prices. We also sell the Eden halls range of greenhouses.
Here at Narey’s we also have plant support products from simple stakes, metal grow frames through to expandable and ridged trellis panels.
In our garden shop you will also find Brand leading Plant protection products from Scotts, Bayer, Sinclair and Vitax. These include Insecticides such as Bug Clear and Provado. Fungicides including Fungus fighter, Fungus Clear and also dual use products containing both a fungicide and insecticide such as Rose clear ultra. All of these products are available in a ready to use form or as a concentrate. We are always happy to advise on appropriate product selection and usage.
To keep your plants in tip top condition feeding is very important. We literally have a huge choice. From general feeds such as Growmore, Miraclegrow and Phostrogen through to specialist feeds for palms, bonsai and orchids.
